'Thump....Thump....Thump....Thump' was all that the lone student sitting in the library was able to hear. It wasn't the usually loud sound that would be heard in the library, but it was the soft thumps of a lone boy's beating heart. It seemed with the quietness of the library this early afternoon had allowed him to sit alone in his usually sanctuary and just read alone to himself. It wasn't unusual for him since his younger years. James wasn't the big social type student like everyone else here at Hogwarts. James Sirius Potter was just your normal teen with normal problems except of course that hidden beast that lies deep within his blood.
Yes he was the every known Remus Lupin's first born son and yes he had inheirted the same bloodline as his father. That inner werewolf that lies deep within him has been a rather annoying thing to deal with. THe monthly sickness, the paled skin and the usually non existed dating life was something he had sacrificied with being who he was. James was very proud of his bloodline and loved his family very dearly but it was these moments when he had time to reflect on his life. The lone wolf as he was known as around these parts was rather tired but very much enjoying his time alone.
With the transfiguration book on animagus propped open in front of him, James was in a rather relaxing position. With his elbows up on the table he sat at and his head proped into his open hands he felt comfortable while reading the book he took from the shelf. It seemed to him that life was going alright even if he was a tad bit jealous that everyone else at this school actually had a social life. 'I'm such a loser...why can't I just have the social life like everyone else I know or atleast attempt to have a true life besides hidding in the shadows of the school' James thought to himself while sitting alone in the empty library.

Accalia went through the shelves in the library. The usual muttering of students was gone and the library empty. She sat on a table in one of the aisles, flipping through the books. She had homework that she had to do with a book from the library, but she really didnt' feel like doing it. She sighed and put the book away and took another book out. She flipped through a few pages before replacing it as well. She was so not in the mood for homework. She'd make it up later, that teacher totally loved her.
She hopped off the table and walked slowly through the aisles, running her fingers lightly along the spine of the books exposed as she did so. She turned and headed down, stopping to glance at a really large book, before heading on. How lame was she? Wandering around, alone, in an empty library, at night, when she could be out doing...anything else. She sighed and continued along, wondering about herself. She'd been very...different lately, though she wasn't sure why. She just shrugged and headed towards the front of the library to leave.
As she approached the front she saw one table occupied by one person. She instantly recognized the back of the guy's head to be her friend James. SHe smirked as she approached him quietly. She stepped behind him as quietly as she could. She looked over at what he was reading, then just ignored it. She bent down, resting her chin lightly on his shoulder, not making a sound and barely touching at all.
"Whatcha doing?" she suddenly said, a bit loudly, and looking at him sideways, with her chin on his shoulder. She had fun suprising people. It was fun. Plus, in the library, no one would ever be expecting her. She was never really one to be subtle of course. But then, thats why people loved her of course. She was very spontaneous and definately didn't let others on to her thought process. The element of...herself.

The night was long and rather boring just staring at the book before him. It seemed just odd that such a young good looking young man like himself would be stuck in such a runt with everything. Having nothing but books, life and the wearyiness of the full moon on his mind. It seemed that his troubles with the ladies was something that did hinder his mind lately.'Why the heck am I shy and just abnormal around the girls, why the heck can't I just act like a normal teen for once and just ask anyone out. Duh your a bloody werewolf might be something that might scare them away from you' James argued with himself inside his weary mind.
It seemed James was just in a runt at the moment so he was in the same place that always seemed to ease his mind. The library was just the place he hide in to get away from the world and to just fill his mind with more useless information. Yawning in his own boredom at the moment, James just flipped the next page over while reading away at the book. It seemed like it wasa good book to him, but it was such a bore at the same time. It seemed he was rather bored more so because he was actually along the old him instead of trying to be more social around here.
The quietness of the library was like a pure quiet and unexpectly he was about to have company. Unknown to his eyes or ears at that matter a rather beautiful charming friend of his was about to join him. Barely even noticing that someone head was proped aside him, James had nearly jumped while his heart stopped for a moment once the soft yet slightly loud from the silence voice rang into his ear. Turning his head slightly he grinned slightly once the vision of who arrived came into those soft brown eyes of his.
"Just reading my dear" James answered her with such a proper voice that didn't really fit him. Actually that tone could of sounded very much like himself consider who he was and what he was all about. It was a surprise that he didn't start to babbling or embarass himself already since his always had trouble speaking with the females consider he wasn't the social guy around her that most girls would fall for. " "How are you this particuliar evening?" James asked Accalia before closing his book and just wanting to speak with someone dear to him.

"Just reading my dear."
"Well, I did assume." she replied, stepping backward and then to the side, pulling out the nearest chair at the table and sitting down next to her friend. She leaned her elbow on the table and rested her chin upon her hand, looking towards James. She was a bit tired, as usual. She didn't think there was ever a moment where she wasn't, but she was awake enough. She could never get to sleep until like midnight or one, which kinda sucked, but she'd just wander around or lay in bed. Either way, she was just doing nothing without being able to fall asleep.
"How are you this particuliar evening?"
Accy shrugged. "Eh, I'm alright. Tired. Bored." she replied simply. She was always tired. She was always bored. There was never anything to do. "I should be doing my Charms homework, but I'm not." she said with a smirk. SHe usually did all of her homework and turned it in on time, just not recently. She'd been a bit distracted lately and definately had been doing things she wouldnt' normally do. She'd just been feeling oddly and wasn't exactly sure what to do about it, but had just rather conformed to whoever she was with, which wasn't the best idea. Good thing no one knew except for those who had been with her when she'd done the things. She'd be murdered if her brother ever found out. It was his goddamn fault anyway.
"What about you?" she asked wonderingly. She always wondered why people went off by themselves. She always did to get away or think or just try to work things out inside her head, but others were certainly not her, so she wondered what their idea would be to just get away. Plus, she was nosy and liked to hear about what people were thinking or what was on their mind. She wasn't the best with problems, though she tried. She had millions of problems of her own that she couldnt' deal with, so it was hard for her to work with other people's problems as well, though she, of course, was the friend that was always there for everyone.

"Well, I did assume."
James just grinned slightly towards her. It seemed obivious that she knew what he was doing consider that what else would someone sitting alone in the library during the evening be doing. It was nice to just have company at the moment especially company he actually enjoyed having right now. It seemed to him tha tAccalia was one of those few grils he actually had an easy time talking with instead of being this loner loser that his been for the last few years. It was still early in the evening and thankfully it wasn't one of those full moon nights that would surely create the wild beast that lies deep withing the blood running through his veins.
"Eh, I'm alright. Tired. Bored.", "I should be doing my Charms homework, but I'm not."
James just smiled softly at her response. "Mind if i join the party, seem's I've been the same way lately myself" James replied to her while just knowing his life really needed more excitement than it had at the moment. Being Lupin's son for so long and just having people give him that look of either disgust or whatever attitude it seemed that James really needed to turn his life around. 'Who's going to want to actually really hang with me, I' nothing more than a werewolf to most people, but then again ain't Accalia here with me right now' James thought to himself for a moment. "Charms work ain't hard at all and I'm sure with your brilliant mind that you'll get it done" James replied to Accalia with a smile. James had known that even if some people don't see it, Accalia was brilliant to him and something he liked about her was the way she didn't think like the others.
"What about you?"
James thought to himself for a moment while thinking of a reply to her. "Beside's the tirediness and the boredom I guess I've been alright lately. Been alone and thinking like usually. Guess I've been thinking of getting more into the social scene than the usually shadows I've been in for so long" James replied to her. It was true that he was ready to really break out this funk of a shell he was in and really just enjoy life at the moment. With this being his final year he really needed to actually get a life to enjoy before joining the real world. James smiled once more towards Accalia while curious to hear how she replies to his responses.

"Mind if i join the party, seem's I've been the same way lately myself."
"Oh not at all. The party is hopping." she said with a small laugh. She was a majorly sarcastic person. When getting to know her, you were introduced to so many different types of sarcasm you'd probably have never heard before, ever. She was so different from other people, and loved it. She didnt' like conformity or how everyone seemed to be a clone. Of course, she had always been a leader rather than a follower, but her closest friends weren't the ones who tried to be exactly like her because she thought that was so boring, but other people who strived to be different, just like herself. She found those type of people much more interesting and much closer to her interests than the ones who copied her. They should go buy themselves a life rather than copying someone else's.
"Charms work ain't hard at all and I'm sure with your brilliant mind that you'll get it done."
"Yeah, I know, I just really dont' feel like doing it." she said and shrugged. "I'll probably do it later." she added simply, though she wasn't exactly sure if she would or not. It seemed so far that she had just been in those moods where she definately wanted to do anything but her homework or deal with her responsibilities. She was usually really responsible and always did what she was supposed to, especially if it had to do with her future since she really needed to make money and get out of her house, but lately she'd definately been turning the other way and doing things that she wasn't supposed or even technically allowed to. And beyond the normal just breaking the rules, but even worse, though she barely even thought about it when she was doing it.
"Beside's the tirediness and the boredom I guess I've been alright lately. Been alone and thinking like usually. Guess I've been thinking of getting more into the social scene than the usually shadows I've been in for so long."
"Well thats good." she said with a reassuring smile. "Break out and come join the world." she joked. SHe knew that he was a bit secluded, but figured that eventually he would come around, though she wouldnt' make him. She had that effect on people sometimes though. Even if she was just hanging out, people tended to want to do other things, plus, Accalia liked to go out, she didn't really like to sit around. She was a crazy person and very spontaneous and loved to just go around and dance and have fun. She never liked to just sit at home, though sometimes it was fun. It really depended on who she was with.

"Oh not at all. The party is hopping."
James just laughed at this comment she gave while knowing it was good to just joke around and have fun with his friends. Yeah he wasn't much of a leader or heck even a follower but James was just the mysterious brooding guy around here. It seemed that not many really knew who he really was or what he was to this school. Some may see him as a menace because of the bloodline he shares but to James he was just another student with normal teenage problems. Of course when your a somewhat loser with no true path in life it seemed impossible to really figure out where your going in life.
"Yeah, I know, I just really don't feel like doing it."
James nodded in understanding how she was doing with the school work handed to them. "School work ain't exactly fun to do at the moment and probably will never change in the next hundred years" James said with a grin. It was true though that school work was a bummer and totally a waste of time especially when life's usually energy could be used on something more than school work. Even with his opinion that school work was a waste he was one to have it done consider he did want to graduate and get himself out of here to enjoy the real world. It was those lingering thoughts of the future that scared him slightly since he didn't know what was in store for his future of if he'd live the same life as his father but having no real job stability with his curse of wolf's blood within himself. Deciding that thoughts of the future can wait, James jus shrugged those thoughs away before putting his attention back to Accalia.
"Break out and come join the world."
James just grinned some while knowing he was going to have to break through the shell he was in and prove that he could be social. "I think I shall break out eventually and join the world in the social scene" James said to her with a smile. The quiet loner boy was eventually going to become the young man with a life. It was just nice to have friends around here that he could enjoy life around here. James knew very much the person that Accalia was and it was these reason he loved and enjoyed her company. She was more open and fun than most people and it was just something he enjoyed since he was more the quiet subdued person around here.

"School work ain't exactly fun to do at the moment and probably will never change in the next hundred years."
"Yeah, true." she said nodding. "I suppose we have to do it though...I just don't know why." she replied. Homework was just busy work. It wasn't even technically "homework." They were at school still. Yes, they lived there, but wasn't that the entire point. It was just more work.
"I think I shall break out eventually and join the world in the social scene."
"Yay!" she said with a bright smile. "I'm so glad. You'll be around more, come party with us." she said with a laugh. She did like to party, though she didn't do it constantly anymore. SHe just liked to chill now, just around. She didnt' go to clubs as much anymore either. There was no point. She could get drunk at home.
((sorry it totally sucks. Writer's block))

"I suppose we have to do it though...I just don't know why."
James just grinned slightly at her. "It's because the professors here enjoy torturing us with feeble attempt to make us learn things from such books when it's easy to tell that we learn more about the world of ours but just living in it" James replied to her. It was just something he understood that one wasonly able to learn so much from a book. Reading boks has been a big part of his life for so many years but know he wanted to experience the living part of life by actually enjoying a true social life. Maybe he should just get out and enjoy life like Accalia was doing with her life.
"I'm so glad. You'll be around more, come party with us."
James just smiled at the offer. It wasn't often one would actually show interest in partying with him and he was rather pleased and appreciative of Accalia for wanting to include him in the fun. "I'd certainly would love to party with the like of you and everyone else. When one's able to party with such a sweet beautiful young woman like yourself it's always great fun" James said with feeling his cheeks redden with embarrassment. He always had a hard time around the girls and yet he couldn't explain why he was such a goof to say things like this outloud especially when he did mean them.

"It's because the professors here enjoy torturing us with feeble attempt to make us learn things from such books when it's easy to tell that we learn more about the world of ours but just living in it."
"Exactly. The stupid morons should just leave us be. I can't believe I have an entire nother year here. I will die." she said a bit overdramatically like she tended to be. She liked to cause drama or turn things into whatever she liked. It made everything so much more fun, plus she was just a crazy kid like that and definately didn't mind it at all. It was fun for her, so she'd do it. Screw everyone else.
"I'd certainly would love to party with the like of you and everyone else. When one's able to party with such a sweet beautiful young woman like yourself it's always great fun."
"Awww, you're so sweet." she said and smiled. "But of course, compliments will get you through life." she joked. It was funny. She didn't really like compliments since she saw herself so much differently than everyone else did, but she didn't mind it when she got them sincerely, and she thought that James was sincere. He had been a good friend for a while so it was definately alright. She just smiled.
She looked around the empty library for a while. "Its so odd how no one's in here." she commented. Not even the librarian seemed to be hanging around, which was very odd. There were usually a bunch of studious ravenclaws or trouble makers in here trying to do homework or find out things about the school or past to redo them or whatever. She was barely ever in the library either, though came in occasionally so she really wasn't sure that no one was ever in there, it just seemed like there always was.

"Exactly. The stupid morons should just leave us be. I can't believe I have an entire nother year here. I will die."
"Yes they should just leave us be and forget about normal school punishments such as homework. What'st the point of giving us homework when we're not going to be doing homework for the rest of our lives after we leave here. I'm just grateful that it's my last year here" James said to Accalia while knowing that it seemed that these last six years had gone by so quickly to him. Eventually he knew that once he graduated that he'd miss being here or certainly will start to miss it. The firends he'd be leaving behind such as Accalia would be people he certainly will miss the most about Hogwarts.
"Awww, you're so sweet."; "But of course, compliments will get you through life."
"Well it's turly nice to know that I am sweet so thank you for the compliment. Yes compliments can go far around here but only to those who use them for good and not for their own advantage" James said to Accalia. it was true though he had watched guys use sweet talk to just get what they wanted from the sweet caring girls of this school which did disgust James somewhat even though he was one who usually had a hard time with the ladies of the school. Seeing that sweet smile of her's , he returned a smile of his own.
"Its so odd how no one's in here."
"Yeah it usually is quiet in here, but today it does seem rather empty at the moment, barely anyone in here at all" James replied while curious to know why it was so empty. He usually saw the crowds in here and it was rather startling to find it so quiet in here. Then again James rather enjoyed the peace of mind he got from here and certainly was happy to have a friend like Accalia here with him.
((Sorry for the late reply, had things that kept me away from here))

"Yes they should just leave us be and forget about normal school punishments such as homework. What'st the point of giving us homework when we're not going to be doing homework for the rest of our lives after we leave here. I'm just grateful that it's my last year here."
"There is no point, thats the entire point. Its busy work so that they we have other things to do than actually have lives." she said and rolled her eyes. "And I think I am constantly being bombarded with extra credit and things they want me to help them with so I don't end up like my sister." she added with a giggle. Everyone knew about her older sister, Tatelyn, who dropped out of Hogwarts in her fifth year when she had her baby, Emily. Currently, Emily was three years old, and totally adorable. Accalia loved her. She loved her family, even though Tate tended to be a pain in the butt and Daman was an ass. Still, she put them before anything. Well, expect maybe Daman...there are just some things that you can't forgive.
"Well it's turly nice to know that I am sweet so thank you for the compliment. Yes compliments can go far around here but only to those who use them for good and not for their own advantage."
"Of course; its true." she said with a bright smile. SHe liked James, he was one of the sweetest guys she knew, which was really saying something. Most guys nowadays were just jerks trying to get in girls' pants. James was nicer and cared more about...anything, than just sex, which was refreshing. "Yeah, you hit it right on the nose." she said and nodded. "Guys are jerks, I'm not sure why I've put up with them so long." she replied with a laugh. "But yeah, compliments are nice when they have good intentions and they're actually sincere, which is very seldom as I've come to notice." she added with a shrug. She missed all the "lovey dovey" crap that she never really liked to begin with. It was just...a thing.
"Yeah it usually is quiet in here, but today it does seem rather empty at the moment, barely anyone in here at all."
"Yeah no kidding." she said before scanning their surroundings once more. Books, a few tables, books, books, and more books. Thats all that seemed to be around. "We're the only ones in here." she said eerily. She wasn't sure how much she liked the silence surrounding them. It was a bit creepy. She had never really liked silence. "I wonder where everyone is." she added after a short pause. THey were probably all out doing...something...she just wondered.
((thats alright, I've been a little distracted myself))
