James was alone...as usual...he didn't like people around him...or rather people didn't like to be around him...he was cool with it...he got annoyed by them...he decided to go out...it was dark and gloomy...the sun didn't shine through they smoke grey sky...it was a perfect day...for him...he dicided to go to the Whomping Willow...heck he didn't care if he wasn't allowed...it was dangerous...he likes danger...he came out alone...he wasn't in the mood to be all social...it was one of those times where you have a bad day...he sat down near the tree

Seeing that the sun was covered by wonderful grey clouds, Gemini decided to go outside. There would be less people out and she could get some peace and quiet. The common room would be full of chatty people not having anything to do but annoy the rest of the people there. She wanted to avoid that, atl east for as long as she could. Which, from looking at her watch, would be a few nice peacefull hours.
Making her way down the hill, she looked around for where she could go. The lake, shes been there a bunch of times this week, the forest, last time she went their her cloak was chewed by a squirrl or something. Standing midway on the hill she decided to go to the Whompling Willow. Thats one thing she still hadn't gotten detention for. Shrugigng to herself she ran down the rest of the way hoping not to trip. One things she forgot about was gravity which was causing her to go quite fast down the hill. Not wanting too fall she sped up as she got closer to the bottom. Her eyes widened when she saw someone infront of her. This wasn't good. "Watch out!" she yelled hopeing the person would move out of the way so she could hit a tree or something in order to stop.

James was there...leaning by the tree...he put his head back on the tree...thinking...he wanted some quiet for once...and seeing no one was out because of a gloomy day, was perfect for him to get out of reality and maybe have some peace and quiet...or so he thought he would have....
"Watch out!" James was suprise to see someone out....playing by the hill...for a second there...he was going to move away so she could hit the tree...but then he realized...he would have to take her to the hospital and all that bunch of crap...he sighed and slightly moved away...as soon as she was about to hit the tree...he grabbed her before she would hit the tree...He had great reflexes...hence he was the keeper for the Slytherin Quidditch Team...he knew exactly when to grab her...they stumbled down due to the force of gravity...he stood up and helpoed her up...wiping the dust from his robes he said...
"Do you make a habit of always trying to go down the hill and hit yourself with the tree? Or is that your way of saying hi?" He said sarcastically...with a bit of an evil smirk...
"The names James by the way..." He looked up...then continued wiping dust from his robes... "Great! Another reason why to hate this day!" He thought to himself as he scanned through his robes where there was tear at the bottom...it was one of his new robes...that he got through the summer...he looked up at the girl...

Gemini tried to trip herself but it seemed like a lost cause. She saw him move and braced herself to the impact she knew she would get when she hit the tree. Next time she reminded herself to not run down halfway and just walk. If there was going to be a next time, seeing as a run in with a tree at this speed would cause some brain damage.
As she was about to hit the tree she felt herself being pulled back and landed on the ground. A wave of relief came over her when she realised that the inpact with the tree wasn't going to happen. She stood up and dusted herself off. "My wave of saying hi, I find the normal walking up to someone greeting overrated." she told him straightening her robes.
Pushing her hair back out of her face, she frowned and started picking grass out of it. "The names Gemini." she said mocking him in his form of introduction. She looked at him with a devious smirk, still trying to pick out some of the grass from her hair. She would have to use a mirror to get all of it out.

"My way of saying hi, I find the normal walking up to someone greeting overrated." James smirked and raised an eyebrow...this girl had to be a Slytherin...he wondered why he hasn't seen her before...probably he just didn't realize she might've been around..
"The names Gemini." She answered in a mocking kind of way...he raised and eyebrow..."Yup...she's a Slytherin alright.." He thought with a smile...he smiled in a sweet kind of way...
"Mockery actually flatters me..." He said with a smile..it was true...he considers Mockery as a complimant...means that they have nothing else to say... and sat a few steps away from her..
"So Gemini...right? What brings you here to Whomping Willow?" He said with a fake smile...he wasn't that happy type of person today...but he could always fake a smile...
"I was thinking you'd be inside...curling your hair and all pampered hanging out with all your popular friends..." He said with a smirk...she seemed like the type of girl who would be popular in Slytherin..though he had never heard of her...he thought she was like 'Princess' in her own little land...probably she was beautiful...for a Slytherin...that is...

Gemini gave up picking out the grass from her hair and shook her head one last time. She pushed her hair behind her ear and looked up at James with a raised eyebrow. From what she could tell he was a Slytherin, she had seen him a few times but she couldn't remember where. It was probably the common room or inthe great hall.
"Really, you must be flattered a lot then." she pointed out seeing that most Slytherins tended to mock people. It was a great tactic to use, plus it pissed people off. Thats what Gemini loved doing, pulling pranks and pissing people off. It helped her keep her mind off of things and it surprisingly took a lot of stress off.
Gemini looked at him with a slightly glare. Well that was insulting, she was not the type of person to be inside curling her hair. "If you must know, I came outside because I prefer this weather over the sunny and happy ones we've been having." she said crossing her arms over her chest. "Too bad I don't have my beaters bat with me, I would hit you till your hair curled for that comment." she said giving him a sarcastic smirk.

"Well sorry...I thought you maybe the type of person who would be...you know...like all perky..." He said with a smirk...he had to admit...she was beautiful...even though she wasn't that graceful type of person..
"So you signed up to be beater eh?..." He smirked...and turned to her...maybe have a little fun...
"Well that's too bad...our last one ended up in the hospital for a month...bludgers..." He smirked...he was just joking...after a minute he turned to her with a smile...which was pretty rare...
"I'm just teasing ya...that never happened though it would look pretty cool...anyway...I guess I'll see you more often...I'm the Keeper...hence the reflexes.." He said with a small smile...he had great reflexes...it was just him...

"If I was I would be talking like this." she said then started bobbing her head from side to side. "Like omg, I think I broke a nail, gosh my manicure is ruin. Like OMG there are bugs in my hair, like ew." she said then stopped and shuddered violently. She would never do that again, she felt disgusted now. "Urgh that felt wrong even immutating it." she told him shaking slightly again. She felt tainted now.
She raised an eyebrow at him and smirked slightly. "Trying to scare me away?" she asked curisouly. She knew he was joking because the last beater graduated so they needed new ones. She was good at Quidditch, and decided to play for the house team. It would give her something to do. She smiled at him when she saw him smile. It occured to her that he looked good. She wondered why she hadn't seen him around so much before. "Yeah thanks for that, most people would just wait till I hit the tree then laugh." she said shrugging slightly. She was grateful that he hadn't let her hit it.

James laughed a bit...now that was really rare to happen...maybe the day wasn't so bad after all...somebody had made him laugh for once...so overall not that bad...
"Ya that did actually...glad your not one of those mutated robots.." He said smirking...those type of people were really annoying to him...sometimes he felt the urge to kill them...
"Yeah thanks for that, most people would just wait till I hit the tree then laugh." James smirked..though he was about to do that...he smiled...
"Yeah well I'm not a jerk...much..." He said smirking...he wasn't that type of person...sure some people may say he was diabolical...but he wasn't a jerk that was for sure...
"So...what's your last name?" He asked curiously...maybe he would know there family...if she was pure-blood...there were only a few pure-blooded people in the Wizarding World...gladly he was one of them...

"Most people aren't they prefer to be friends with people that act like that." she said then shuddered again. She couldn't believe she had just done that. It was so...wrong. She needed to get her brain checked to see if she was still herself and sane. She raised an eyebrow when he laughed. Great smile and laugh, she thought. "Well seems Mr. Gloom has a sence of humour." she teased. He didn't seem like the type of person that would be all happy go lucky. At least she hoped he wasn't.
"Well I really couldn't tell, seeing as I was running quite fast towards the tree." she pointed out after he said that he wasn't a jerk, most of the time. Another rare thing to come upon. Most guys were jerks, it was why she had been expecting the impact with the lovely tree. "Malfoy, and yours?" she asked simply. There weren't many pure blood families left in the Wizarding world. It was quite rare to come upon now a days.

"Yeah, well you'd better enjoy it...that maybe the last time you see me do that.." He said with a smirk...
"Well I really couldn't tell, seeing as I was running quite fast towards the tree....Malfoy, and yours?" James smirked...she was a Malfoy...his parents knew her parents very well...Draco and Pansy....though there parents had died quite some time ago...
"McCoy...you'd probably know Peyton McCoy, my sister, much more better...she's apparently 'the social' one..." He said mockingly...ya he had to admit Peyton had friends hanging around her all the time...
"So your a Malfoy eh? That's cool...I guess...So what's it like?" He said with a smirk...Draco was like the Prince of Slytherin in his days...at least that was what his dad had said...

"Really, well we'll see about that." she told him smirking evilly this time. It would be fun trying to make him laugh. From what she could tell it might be a bit hard but she had nothing to do for now. Besides he seemed to be smirking and smiling a lot during their converstion. She realll liked his smile.
"Peyton yes I know her, quite popular. It seems like such popularity would run in the family." she said with a raised eyebrow. She was asking him why he didn't feel that need to be popular. She herself was popular but prefered to get awya from it most of the time. "It's alright, I do get a lot of things I want." she told him shrugging slightly. It was true, anything she wanted she got. It was a perk being a Malfoy. "There's also the fact that most people don't bother me." she said smirking slightly. It was great most people didn't want to cross her path. It was something she liked, it would be better then being crowded by people you hate.

"Yeah, I give people a glare and they step back..." He shrugged...he was always like that, he didn't want to be the center of attraction...that was his sister's job, and she did great at it, yes it was true he wasn't that social...people would runaway from him...but he liked it that way...he looked up the swirling gray clouds were turning almost black...
"So Gemini...would you say you always find trouble...or trouble finds you?" He asked smirking at him...for him it was kind of both...it was kind of his curse...he kept on looking at the sky...for sure it was to rain in minutes time.

"At least you get to give people a glare. I don't get to look at them. Althought I should complain really, some people in this school are just hidious." she said crossing her arms over her chest. She looked at him with a raised eyebrow when he smirked evilly. She found that being a Malfoy was a gift and curse. She really didn't mind or care.
Gemini raised her blonde eyebrow at him and smirked. "Hmm What do you think? " she asked him smirking slightly before she leaned against the tree. The stupid tree she had almost hit. "Besides this doesn't seem to concern or interest you." she said seeing as he was looking up at the sky. "No wonder no one talks to you. You seem to lose interest quite quickly." she said rolling her eyes slightly.

"Glad you have notice..." James said sarcatically, he continued smirking at her as she rolled her eyes...it was quite funny to him.
"Yeah, I lose interest in a snap...it helps in my academic life..." He said sarcastically again...he would always lose interest in class...or fall asleep...whichever one comes first..
"No wonder no one talks to you. You seem to lose interest quite quickly." James smirked while he looked down at his shoes...
"Yeah...well...it seems that you have been talking with me for the past..." He looked at his watch and looked at her again..
"...15 minutes...and yet you still have managed to be here...talking with me..." He said in a mocking way...then he smirked as she rolled her eyes...he hoped she knew he was only jokin...people didn't get that side of him...the "mocking and sarcastic" kind of way...
