Full Name: Annika Molly Malfoy
Age: 11
Sex: Female
Year: 1st
Bloodline: Pureblood
Parentage: Mr. Draco and Mrs. Pansy Malfoy
Houses in order of Preference: Slytherin, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff
Wand: 8 1/4 inches, Elder Wood, Pheonix Feather
Pet: A 1-year old female cat named Aoife.
Personality: For a damsel in distress, Annika seems to have everything under control. She is definatly her father's child more than her mother's though she does have a few of her mother's tendancies. Annika is a quiet child who perfers to sit in a corner by herself and read rather than be the center of attention. She is levelheaded and usually stays calm under pressure. However, she can get impatient at times and this girl knows how to work her damsel in distress appearance to her advantage. Annika wouldn't say she's lying when she pouts and asks cutely for help, she perfers the term acting. For the most part, Annika could be called spoiled though don't tell her that to her face or else you'll get a very angry eleven year old on your hands.
Like her mother, Annika has a tendacy to knock things over ... a lot. Which in turn causes a series of events which Annika would not like to talk about at this moment, though it often ends with people glaring and Annika acting innocent. Though don't be put off by Annika's spoiled, I'm-so-cute-help-me-now-please, quiet child, I-don't-need-the-spot-light-all-the-time act. Underneath that exterior is a very kindhearted girl who is just trying to fit in. However, since she is impatient and stubborn Annkia refuses to actually come out and say what she is feeling. Often times she is better at helping others than she is at helping herself. It takes a lot to get through to her and get Annika to actually admit any fears or problems she may be having at the time. She likes to think she can handle any serious situation on her own and perfers to try to help fix other people's problems rather than turning the focus back onto her own current problem.
Appearance: At first glance, it is hard to tell that Andromeda is actually part of the Parkinson family. She looks more like a Malfoy than anything. In reality, Annika's blonde hair and blue eyes come from her father's side of the family, but her heart from her mother's.
Annika has straight blonde hair which reaches slightly past her shoulders, about an inch she would have to say. She has very fair skin courtesy of her mother and father who were also born with fair skin. Fortunatly, Annika has no freckles nor beauty marks of any kinds though she is prone to getting sunburned. Her eyes are a pure blue which are easily recognizable to anybody. Andromeda's eyes are her trademark. They are defined by how easily emotion runs through them. Every little thing which Annika feels at that moment of time are reflected from her pericing blue eyes. Her eyes work well with her pale pink lips. Her lips are small in shape though when she turns them into a pout, Annika looks pretty adorable if she does say so herself.
The only thing which she hates about her appearance is that she seems to be vertically challenge, meaning Annika's short. For an thirteen year old she stands at 4'8 in height and it doesn't help that physically, it looks like she has no muscles at all. Andromeda is petite also. To put things in simple terms, Annika Malfoy looks like a damsel in distress.
History: Annika Molly Malfoy was born on June 10th to a Mr. Draco and Mrs. Pansy Malfoy. She is the last girl and youngest child the couple has had. While growing up, Annika learned that her family seemed a bit richer than others. She didn't know why since her mother and father usually went out to "work" for most of the day. This left her brothers in charge and Annika felt a bit put off because of it. Just because she was the youngest didn't mean she couldn't take charge. Often times while their parents were away Annika would try to make plans to overthrow her brother's and sisters' power. Of course none of her plans worked, but Annika kept on trying to outsmart her brother and sisters anyway. Afterall, it was a pretty fun game while it lasted.
In her young childhood, Annika and her siblings attended primary schools since they lived in a such a high-class community. The three children had to walk to school considering how her family lived on the outskirts of town. Annika didn't see the reason for this since other wizarding families lived next door to muggles. Why couldn't they? Finally, when she turned ten Annika like her brothers before her, was told the answers to all her questions.
The day started normal enough. Parents went to work, siblings ruled the house, Annika sulked until she got bored then went off into her room, parents came home, family ate dinner, then things became weird. First off, her siblings who usually sat in the living room after dinner, ran upstairs to their rooms instead. Her mother asked to see Annika in the living room. She didn't see the harm in going considering how she didn't do anything wrong...that day at least. Her father who usually looked cheerful, sat on a chair with his eyes downcast. Without a word, Annika's mother lifted her up and sat her on Draco's lap. Annika just stared up at her father as his arms circled around her and held her close to his chest. Finally, her father stared into her eyes and began to tell her a story.
Everything was clear after that night. Her father was an ex-Death who couldn't risk his family's life nor could the ministry trust him to live where they'd be attacked easily.. That was the reason why they lived on the outskirts. Why there backyard was actually a forest and why herself and her brothers were forced to walk to school instead of getting a ride to come to them. Everything made sense now. Annika just wished it hadn't. She loved her father with all her heart and honestly, she wasn't afraid of him. Instead Annika became afraid of herself. Would she be an Auror, or a Death Eater like Grandfather Lucius? Did the trait of pure evil run in her veins, in her blood? If she didn't turn into a Auror, would she turn against her own father in the future?
Of course, Annika knew her thoughts were selfish, but what was she to do? She didn't want to think badly of her father and she was only ten. After a few weeks, the shock eventually wore off though the questions still linger in her mind till this day...Was Annika Molly Malfoy, student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy, daughter of an ex-Death Eater, considered a threat? And if so...why?
Sample Post:
Bright blue eyes stared out of the window. Blonde strands of hair fell across her face creating a mask which hide the petite child from the outside world. To anyone passing by who happened to look into the compartment, it would have seemed as if a lonely child was sitting there alone. Of course, it couldn't have been though. Silently, Annika Malfoy continued to stare at the scenery which passed by in a blur of colors as the Hogwarts Express continued its journey to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy. This would be Annika's first year attending the school and she anxiously awaited the time when she would be sorted.
What she also waited to see, but wouldn't dare to admit, was that reactions when they noticed her appearance. It would be as if one of the Narcissa Black herself had come back from the past to relive her life at Hogwarts. Of course, Annika wasn't expecting the other students to think that rather, she was expecting the older staff members to. It was funny now as she looked back at how she didn't recieve her mother's brown hair or eyes. In fact, Annika didn't even recieve her mother's original looks, which came from the Parkinson family. Wasn't it odd that the person Annika was named after, Annika Caspian, her great-great-grandmother who went against her family wishes and married a Malfoy, look exactly like her grandmother did when she was a child?
As Annika continued to ponder the whole situation, she did not notice or even hear the voices coming from outside her open compartment door. It seemed two older students were having a colorful debate as to whether or not, the child who sat in the comparent, Annika Malfoy herself, was indeed a relative to the Malfoys.
